The Alexander Technique is a way in which we can live our everyday lives the way nature intended.
In practice it is a psychophysical re-education of our neuromuscular system, enlivening our awareness and offering the potential to free ourselves from the habits—both mental and physical—that limit us.
It isn’t about gaining something new; rather, it’s about gently stripping away the patterns built up over a lifetime, revealing our innate capacity to inhabit our most alive, open, and authentic selves.
Through this embodied mindfulness practice, we can engender a continuous exploration of our personhood and how we relate to both ourselves and our environment through curiosity, connection, and creativity.
